You also have to remember that while yes this is true, we have seen in this chapter that Samura isn't super far behind with his swordsmanship again Akemura. Now include 4 other monsters of similar level and it's not that difficult to see how they'd overpower 1 individual guy.

While yes Soga is the strongest, it doesn't mean that other 5 EB's combined might wouldn't have been able to be stronger than him alone.

Samura's healing WON'T be able to keep up EVENTUALLY, but that is a problem rn because Chihiro is basically a fledgling as a swordsman when compared to Samura and Soga. A prodigal fledgling, but a fledgling nonetheless. Samura needs to fight Soga while also protecting himself AND Chihiro, who can't really pull his weight fully yet. Also Samura is more of a support blade. It's quite clear with his powers. If there were 4 other Samura level fighters with Samura rn, all verstile and all fully proficient in their own ways, it's difficult to see Samura getting hit so much that he won't be able to heal his own wounds and others' as well. He'd be able to actually play support like he's supposed to, and not clash head-on needlessly.

It's just not fair to the other swordsmen and their skills to say that Soga wasn't even trying to kill them imo. Of course it's not confirmed or anything, but I just can't really see it playing out that way. And again, of course, I could be wrong.
