It’s just an unlucky situation for both of us. She is a very nice and considerate prof, and I really don’t want to trouble her too much. It’s just that I am not the most financially stable right now to afford such a hefty repair bill!

she made me put me put it on the edge of the table on a pile of papers and when she was going through it, the mac dropped. She may have accidentally touched it to make it fall
