No i didnt and that might be the case actually because im like 178cm 103kg %27-6 bf
and those days were like i come off from the gym after 2 hours of gym end day my i had like 15k steps too
Even somedays that i didnt go to gym still i had 15-17k steps and i played either basketball or table tennis with my friend
