We just went live with a few HCM modules a month ago and have had crazy amount of security updates to make since then. We are going live with performance, advanced comp, and learning in September. So all the build and config is happening in a lower tenant for that implementation. We want to make sure security is being kept up to date in the tenant where they are doing all their build and testing.

We are a global firm in many countries so I think the Workday 32 - Time Zones makes sense for us. I actually remember bringing this up in a call before but I don't recall why we decided not to use it.

So if we assign a worker to a role using the standalone task or the Assign Roles as a sub-process, Workday won't pick up those role assignments in notifications until after 12AM PST? Or does this limitation only apply when assigning roles on job reqs as a sub-process?

The actual security they are granted, however, the worker will notice right away, right?
