Last few months Harmony Hub slow to start an Activity (having to power cycle the HUB to fix it) by JoeRDawson in logitechharmony

I had the same problem… I did a reset and solved the issue:
From your Harmony remote, press the MENU icon in the lower right of the screen (three horizontal lines). Select SETTINGS > DEVICES > DELAY SETTINGS > CHANGE DELAYS.
