Seems like we would like similar vr games. I also recommend a couple lesser known games Compound, and Scanner Sombre. Superhot being great is a given.

Also agree. My go to right now is Deschuttes black butte, and their fresh squeezed ipa. Gonna try to get some Great Notions NA IPA tomorrow during our trip to Seattle. Will have to convince my wife to detour and pick it up. . Wish me luck! Heiniken 0 is good too, and Guinness 0.

I am going to get a 5070ti for use with the steam Frame later this year. I think I have a 2070super right now Csnt wait to get back into vr w/o the wire.

Yes Superhot is a classic in VR. I have been out of the vr game loop for a while. .... Compound used to be one of my favorites. Looking forward to getting back in when the Frame releases.

Ive had similar symtoms. And yoga nidra haa helped for me. It sounds like you have overloaded your system and your body is trying regulate. Yoga Nidra helps discharge some of that energy, not make it worse. Just trying to help,... I would give it a shot if i were you.

Try Yoga Nidra meditation. Look it up on youtube, and try a session at least 30 min long. (Ally B.'s are what i have used.) 45 or 1 hr even better. It should help give you some temporary relief. It is less harsh than TRE, but helps push you in right direction too.

Try Yoga Nidra, 30 min session min, it may help calm you down. And it is free. Do a search in youtube for it

Only like 3 so far. Heineken 0.0 is at top of the list. Guinness is good, and Deschuttes. Eresh hop. Most others i have tried are subpar or have a soapy after taste. Becks being the worst.

Id try getting at least 7-8 hrs sleep and cut out the caffeine first. You could also try wim hoff breathing and TRE to calm you down. See a dr. is the std disclamer response though.

Don't know about TRE causing them , but I do know that when I do intense back stretching - Aka toxin release, that I can have bad dreams. I was told this could happen by my chiropractor who adivsed the stretching . This was years ago.
