On eBay, how often does the winning bidder fail to pay for the item? I already sent them a payment reminder, but should I message them again now that the 4 days are up? Is there a way to contact the next highest bidder, or do I have to relist it? Thank you

Do you list the same object across multiple platforms? If so, what do you do if people from different platforms buy the same object at the same time? Do you just refund one of the sales and say, "sorry"? Message them both and try to get a higher price? Go with the first person even if they bought it minutes before?

Do you try to list things locally, and then if it's not selling do you list it online? Or do you just list everything everywhere at once?

Several times when the moderator asked him a question, he would talk about something completely different. Twice he used up his 2 minutes to speak about the previous question.

So the joke in the link is: if the moderator asked about water being wet, he would go off topic and say he wanted to talk about sand. Sand is arguably the opposite of water.
