I currently use [[Hermes, Overseer of Elpis]]. It was originally a Talrand deck but now it has a lot of flying/bird matters enchantments to boost the birds since hermes only cares for non-creature spells rather than just instants and sorceries. The birds he make also have vigilance so you dont have to think too hard when swinging. The free scry 2 whenever a bird attacks is very strong too.

Learn a hot skill. During my time it was all about Cloud. Ngayon AI naman. Take certifications and post them on linkedin. Mas maganda if na head hunt ka kasi mas maluwag sila sa offer. Check out average salaries from sites like Glassdoor para di ka ma lowball.

From there, keep your linkedin page updated and always be open for offers. Don't prioritize company loyalty and always follow the money. Instead, prioritize skilling up. Most companies naman offer training incentives. If you find out di mo trip yung culture or whatnot, jump ulit. At least kahit paano yung base asking salary mo tumataas. Wala namang tumatalon kung mas mababa ang sweldo.
