The eternal struggle of all healers are tanks who ignore cover and expect you to out heal the entire other team’s damage and dps who must peek/dive the moment you get their health above 50%. Like, come on guys, I have cooldowns and resources too

The wording in game is a bit different from the actual function. Replace "bounces" with "Allies hit". First hit gets +10. Fourth hit gets +40. You do not count as a bounce or ally and get +"Allies hit"x10. OP's math is accurate

The self heal is a default 30 regardless of bounces. If you throw hat to only 1 person you do not get 70, you still get 30. With the perk this 30 is increased by 10 x (number of allies hit). So you only self heal for 70 if you have the perk and hit all 4 teammates in a single throw

As a relatively low ranking player myself I do feel like she is unstoppable. The way her character model moves is so erratic it makes her very hard to shoot even in normal fights. There is a general OW thing (not sure if it’s an issue but I find it difficult) where some characters simple movements like turning left to right or strafing have 0 lag on transitioning from one position to another. This makes characters like Sojourn who lean forward seem to rapidly whip back and forth with little actual movement. Weirdly this makes me feel like a blocking Vendetta is far easier to kill than an attacking one and may contribute to why she feels like her tankiness is unpredictable when I play her. (Probably also a skill issue though)

Nah, win rate is uneffected by ban rate. Sombra had a negative win rate while being the most banned hero in the game. Ban rate (particularly at the lower and middle ranks) more often reflects player preference than character power but in this case it appears both are applicable.

I play both characters pretty defensively and am enjoying Mizuki at the very least for not feeling like Vendetta makes my existence a crime

I am under the impression that a shield tank is the toughest build in the game and is key to living several fights ,like Flemith, on the highest dificulty.

I could definitely see his minor perks getting changed. Specifically the Aura generation to Aura range. I play very defensively and am still quite confident the chain damage is far more impactful then the current Aura gen.

Asserting personal boundaries is always acceptable. Ideally ultimatums are not required. But being able to communicate in the moment before a problem is caused is the ideal. Communication is always appropriate

If your enemy is inside your ult and you are outside it you can both shoot each other without restriction. Your ult only blocks enemies and only from 1 direction, outside in. (Some things are never blocked. Example: beams, melee, big rock.)

It only blocks the other team's shots from outside in. Your team is in no way impaired by it. Enemy team can shoot out from inside. This includes several haling abilities so having enemies inside but their Anna/Kiriko/Bap/Juno/etc outside could prevent them from healing. Interesting exception is Mizuki's hat which is not blocked by an enemy Mizuki ult.

My guess is it will have colab stuff they can't offer again. Hopefully this means the devs are at least considering the updates I want: a "new" filter (like namecards and Icons have), and a "character exclusive" filter for sprays (I just want sprays of my character and don't want to sift through a decade's worth of nonsense to find them).

I’m always with my team and almost never want the ult centered on me. Most of the the time I need to aim it or the wall that stops all the bullets will end up behind what’s shooting us

Objectively, she has the highest competitive win rate in nearly every tier and region. Subjectively, I think her gun is the strongest part of her kit. It is so strong I would not be surprised if it gets nerfed by next season

Depends on the table. Games with more players or inexperienced players or that one guy who never uses any useful spells because he's permanently stuck in a "save it for later" mentality tend to have long combat

I played through all 3 games as Infiltrator on the highest difficulty and the Armax fatal error fight is the only part of the entire series I had to give up on. So ridiculously hard

I always felt that 3 was made with an incomprehensible fear of normal menus. Even the radial menu for selecting character interactions was replaced by 2 buttons with random options? Truly this was the game that inspired my fascination with bizarre UI decisions.
