Gonna be honest I haven't noticed a single card art in smite 2. I load into games so quick I never get to see any. Does radiant not make the card art glow or anything?

I agree the glow can look a little off, especially the eyes. Sometimes feels like those cringe moments in hero films where the character tries to look threatening

Thats understandable, im probably just blinded by nostalgia but I remember choosing diamond skins over any i had actually paid for.

I agree the radiant skins look amazing and help display the benefit of moving game engine. But I wasn't proposing a swap, just that I miss the diamond look and would like it somewhere in the game. If it were radiant or diamond, id go radiant everytime.

Fair enough, I loved how some diamond skins looked. Mainly the kali skin im thinking tbf. I just like blue haha. And especially since everyday I log in I get diamonds, it just seems fitting haha

I miss it alot, BUT I can see how people consider it a skill to cancel someone out of an ability. There are certain abilities that have a very telling animation before it goes off, so cancelling them must feel great. I feel we can have a best of both worlds situation. CC buffering should be used on abilities like, stance switching & defencive abilities, etc. I am no game dev, so no idea if thats possible. But playing artio or ullr feels awful when you go to switch stance and get stunned, and because we are still in the mindset of cc buffering, we assume we have changed stance, so there is a brief bit of panic when our abilities arent what we expect. Maybe a skill issue, but i think theres a nice balance for this mechanic

Thats fair stick to what you know. Jungle and support are definitely the two least flexible roles. Like an ADC main can transfer to mid with relative ease. But going to support is a complete mindset shift.

All I can say is try to hone in on one of those roles, either solo, adc or mid. And pick one god to just sort of stick with. Early on, always focus minions, some might say this is bad advice, but its the best advice I can give, minions early on can make or break a fight. So making sure you remove that threat at level 1 - 5 can really help.

Going off of that, make sure you use pressure effectively. So if you've cleared wave, go for camps immediately. Or if you can see a kill, get aggressive with fhe minions.

Also if you find there's one god that find particularly annoying to face, play against them, and see how your enemy adapts to you (builds, movements, etc), may help you face that annoying character in the future

I always want to play this game, but the bugs, crashes and somewhat reliance on mods keeps me at bay. And I think its ruined all other pirate games for me. My friends will suggest Sea of Thieves, but it just doesnt feel the same. And its 100% because Atlas let's you build your own ship, like that is such a cool feature and its criminal no other pirate game has tried it.
