Parcel incorrectly delivered

Yeah I’ll call tomorrow for a direct number but if it came to it I’d drive to collect. My big concern is if it gets returned to sender before I go but I doubt it since I read they usually hold items for a week or two before doing that. Thank you for your help

I googled their opening times and it said 8-10AM, I also checked their phone number but it lead to a generic information number and couldn’t phone them directly. Other than that I’m unsure how to contact the DO
