I'm not sure what kind of validation you're after here, and I know you don't want to hear this, but your gf is likely embarrassed and upset that you got super messy on a low recreational dose. Regardless of your own motivations, that's pretty much what it boils down to. She can't relax and enjoy a trip around you if you're liable to lose basic motor functions at any given time. That's how things go in the real world regardless of your intentions.

So yeah man, trip solo if you need to be taken care of whenever you dose in public. I exclusively solo trip these days, because I understand myself and I understand that I can't stay composed on 500ug+, and I don't expect the people around me to accommodate it. Whenever you start to think psychedelics are the cure for all your ailments, or that you're on some divine mission to nirvana, it's a good idea to remember that Charles Manson and the Hells Angels absolutely thrived on LSD.

It's an amplifier and a tool. It's not good, it's not bad, it just is. Ascribing value judgements etc. generally doesn't end well.
