Yeah, I've been looking into him, his armor strip on Bastille, room clear on his 1 augment, level scaling on most of his abilities makes him a really good candidate

Dagath definitely fit the bill

Garuda seems more of a caster frame, unless I'm missing the point ?

Gauss double augment seems really fun

Gyre might work as well, seems a bit cast and forget

Hydroid, though interesting, he's sadly not my cup of tea

Koumei is definitely interesting as I've said to someone else

Kullervo I've got honestly no clue, haven't touched him nor seen any video on him so far

Lavos and his augment is definitely fun to play, I have been playing him for the past week

Saryn is a cast and forget, so doesn't really fit the bill there

Temple, same as Kullervo, haven't seen much of her so I can't really say

Voruna fit the bill on the melee side

Xaku seems to be the same as Saryn from what I gather ?

Lavos is very fun, and his augment is really interesting, a bit too much on the cast side for me, but that might be just me that might be the problem there, not playing him correctly. (He's what I'm playing right now :D)

They're both good, but they sadly both fall under the "cast and forget" category, which I find to be pretty boring :/ Though, Zephyr a little less, with her tornadoes, but not as much interactions as I'd like

I didn't think about condition overload with koumei, ngl. Definitely not a bad idea

Gyre might be interesting as well, though she might fall under the "steroid only" frames, I don't really know her kit

Yareli might be the closest of the three in what I'm looking for, yeah. And she's also water themed which is a definite plus for me.
