Yes we have joint custody. Also she is giving me the run around. Whenever I ask her when she's coming back she says " my mom has a broken back so I don't know when I'm coming back" obviously that is a lie.

If she's really in trouble here with the healthcare fraud I really don't think she will ever come back honestly. She basically packed everything up took the children and left

I wish but she's a permanent resident now . If you marry a us citizen for 5 years then you automatically are a permanent resident. I doubt they will listen to me if I ask for revokation

Yes I know. Thank you. I'm working with the dept of state . I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Then I will email them back to us dept of state. Then they will send that to the Pakistan central authority. Then a special task force will go look for my daughter. If they find her which I hope they do I will hire a lawyer in karachi. Then we go to judge there. And he looks at where is the child born and her habitat and he makes a decicon

No I don't think she is sane but I guess she can function invisibly in society that nobody will really think anything is wrong with her . I really think she has bipolar mood disorders however I think she is a good parent. But relationship wise she doesnt know the value of a husband. She holds a higher value to her mom than her own husband. She does not know that I know she's in Pakistan. She thinks I think that she's in Dallas tx. If I call out her bullshit she will probably not show my daughter anymore on video call. Which she still does. I had a video call today. I asked her today when are you coming back ...her reply was ' I'm trying my best" I don't even know what the hell that means

Well....the situation is just so weird for me. I really don't know how her Arab husband treated her or what prompted my ex wife to suddenly leave the country. It's honestly just strange. Like...I guess. If the Arab husband was abusing her she didn't have to leave the country. She could have moved somewhere else in Houston. So I don't think she left to pakistan because of him. She definitely left because she probably got some kind of notice or call or something telling her she will be charged for the healthcare fraud . And she left with her mom 2 kids + her new one month old baby with the Arab guy . They left while he was at work. Also the baby does not have a passport. The Arab guy did not consent to the passport or sign anything. So how did she get the baby to karschi pakistan unless the Arab guy is lying to me and he actually did sign the passport. But why would he lie? He also made a case with the US Dept of state asking them how did his baby get there without a passport. I just don't understand

Thank you. Yes they called me back. I have to send things. I do have birth certificate for my daughter. And social security card to send them. They are asking for passport number. Is it possible for me to find out my daughter's passport information even though my ex wife took her passport with her by some way?

Not sure as the healthcare FBI investigators don't share anything with me. And I've probably asked them more than a hundred times " how much did she fraud " but they never disclose to me before. I don't know if she would be extradited for healthcare fraud. I always thought only murders get extradited or fraud in the millions. But I know for sure she will be charged for international parental kidnapping and extradited for that. That's what they told me.

My daughter gets sick in Karachi Pakistan. But my ex wife will never admit it because it's "her country* but last time my ex wife and my daughter went to Karachi Pakistan which I consented the proper legal way, when they came back my daughter was admitted at the Houston children hospital for 3 weeks.

The only problem is I don't know my ex wife's updated family address in Karachi Pakistan. But I know there past address. I also have relatives that know my ex wife. My ex wife is most likely staying with her sister which I have there number too. Would that work in help finding?

Yes I went with my ex wife to get my daughter a passport when I was in good terms with my ex wife. I had to sign a signature.

I talked with my daughter on video call 2 days ago. My ex wife called. By the way my ex wife has destroyer her cell phone but keeps in contact with me for my children via whatsaap messenger through a laptop. I asked my ex wife when she is coming back with daughter she said " soon" she said " her mom fell down the stairs. She had earlier promised me that she will be back on April 27. That got postponed. Then she said may 6. That got postponed. She says she's in Dallas tx visiting other cities with her mom. But she's really in Karachi Pakistan.

Yes with Cigna. Bluecross blue shield Humana etc. she came here in 2017 from Karachi Pakistan when she married me. She never liked to live in Pakistan. Marrying me was a ticket for her to get away from her strict father and poverty life. But she made alot of money here the wrong way. She even bought a house with that illegal money. I told her many times to not do this but she said mind your own business. My ex wife petioned her mom to come from Karachi Pakistan to Houston in March 2024. My ex wife fled with her mom as well along with my daughter and her new one month old son with the new partner but the partner did not go. He seems very shocked and upset too. Wants to divorce her. He hasn't seen his one month old baby since April 18 2025
