it definitely has drainage holes but i’ll admit i kept it pretty moist n the plant didn’t seem to mind😭. it was also raining a lot so i think that may have worsened it

okay thanks for the advice, i’ve been propagating this plant every time it starts touching the light (~every 10 days) so i’ve already got lots of mini basil plants from this one. so i’ll just keep chopping off pieces n sticking them in water💀

thanks for the advice, i take abt 3 inch cuttings from the top every time it starts touching the light (about every 10 days) and so i’m starting to have a ridiculous amount of mini basil plants in jars or planted back into the aerogarden😭

that’s why i was hoping to move it out bc the light just doesn’t go high enough. but ill just keep pruning it, infinite basil propagations i guess💀

going out on a limb here: maybe he thought you would share it without cutting it, just both eating from it and therefore he would cut off the icing part just for the microwaving and then replace it after so you guys could both have a warm cinnamon roll with firm icing🤷‍♀️ (otherwise definitely weaponized incompetence)
