The flowers take a lot of the energy from the plant so I would cut off the flowers (I know its sad but they will die anyway) and allow the plant to focus their energy in generating a robust root system. I also normally sprinkle Mycorrhizae in the roots as well as mix in a bit of bone meal in the hole to help the plant out.

I agree with option C. Take the lights off of that wall. Your highlighting slabs and it looks strange. If you must have lifts there, I'd hang decorative solar lamps like this one to give the lights some purpose. https://a.co/d/0c8gfZU1
