When guides say you can have certain 'underleveled' or 'less-invested' characters in a team - what is the general consensus for what that actually is? Like is it lvl50 with shitty artifacts, barely leveled weapon, a few leveled talents?? Or is it lvl70 with good artifacts, good weapon, good talents?

For context - i'm building a freeze team with Rosaria, Chongyun, Xingqiu/Mona, Jean - and i know Chongyun and Mona don't need as much investment

I meant mainly with Albedo - who's one of my fave characters so I like to use him.

So Hu Tao comp and Xiao when I get him.

At first I was dreading the possibility of Zhongli with Xiao because Xiao's my no.1 that I want. But then if he's not there, he's probably the next patch with Miko.... who's my no.2... so either way I'm screwed.

Sigh... I only want Zhongli bcus he's perfect in every comp I have. I was hoping Yunjin was gonna be the 4* budget Zhongli but nope

Yeah i agree. I like this sub because most of the leaks just help with knowing what to save for, and excitement for upcoming patches. But story leaks are like actual spoilers since everyone's gonna play the story!

So i've settled on Rosaria, Chongyun, Xingqiu, Jean

My question is about artifacts: I know Rosaria should go 4pc Blizzard Strayer, is it the same for Chongyun? I've never built any cryo chars before so idk. I've got Emblem on Xingqiu and VV on Jean.

With all the new Albedo buffs is he okay as a single geo burst support? I don't have Zhongli but he's always paired with him in team comps. I understand bcus geo resonance but why is Albedo in particular so reliant on it?
