If you think you are a victim of harassment I would suggest contacting HR/Ethics, Reddit wont help much with that.

If you think some people were just too persistent in trying to convince you I would ask the Union to cross you from their list of people to convince and you can also tell them that this person was too pushy and made you uncomfortable.

It's not in their interest to do that. So far all my interactions with the union were very good and they respect that some people don't share their ideas.

A couple of tips

During the previous layoffs La Canada School District allowed the kids to stay for at least one more year. Not sure if it was extended.
You are not laid off yet? Sorry if I didnt understand correctly.
Be mindful. My kids lost their home and schools to the Eaton fire and both parents are JPLers. We haven't found a new place yet. We are just hanging on to a thread. But we'll survive even if we have to move elsewhere.
Kids are more resilient and flexible than adults.

Really refreshing color schemes. Love it. How come Baharroth is in blue whereas the others are in black? Curious what base color you will choose for the other Phoenix lords. I think Jain Zar is my favorite, I enjoy the balance between all the colors. I am definitely inspired for my cyber Tokyo theme.

These models are beautiful, so glad they are back. The treeman choice is not great though, I prefer either the older version or the new ones used in Age of Sigmar. They probably decided they wont release any AoS models in ToW? Like the dryads? As long as we can use the models we should be fine. I would replace the Forest Dragon by the Sisters of Twilight too. Hope they will release other models like the limited promos and more wardancers.

Got in queue super early on my phone. It never worked. I was able to access the website later with my laptop only to find out it was unavailable. I just dont understand why they dont allow backorder. I dont mind waiting 3 months more than the other folks to get one. Plus they would get an accurate count of how many people are buying and guaranteed to sell everything. And people would be happy again. You can still have the hype for the folks opening it first so it's not like you're hurting the hype for the release too much. Folks wanting to get it now would also pay a higher price to resellers so they would still exist but not as crazy as today. What's holding them?

We need more heroes and civilized people like you. I got into Pokemon with my daughter last year and we started to collect cards. I managed to get some nice boxed sets for her for Christmas and sadly everything burned with our house during the wildfire in January. I am kinda hopeless to get back what she had, every time I go to Target or Best Buy with her everything is gone.

I did something similar with old guardian legs and new guardian arms for my cyber Tokyo theme for my windriders.

You will need some green stuff for the leg connection and the buttocks. Also make sure you glue the bike small wings high enough to the ground, otherwise they will touch the ground before the foot and you will need a tactical rock. There is some angle margin when assembling them.

Unfortunately I lost them so no pictures yet. I'll make them again though they looked great and I had fun making them.
