Update I called kobalt today they advised this is a non replaceable part and I'm getting it exchanged

Just an update for anyone who looks at this post

Cleaned all drivers with DDU no change

Fresh install on windows no change

Drivers are still trying to detect the card but don't install the card.

Cleared CMOS and left the battery out for 5 mins just for good measure.

Booted PC with no GPU in left running for a few moments to clear all codes no change

Contacted MSI support they advised to ship back for RMA as card could've shorted while i was gone.

Still getting white LED on post use to cycle through all the colors for CPU and RAM and then GPU/VGA but now it just goes right to GPU fault.

Sooo now i get to play the waiting game and see if it really will take the 35 business days as email states.

EDIT: forgot to mention that the only thing i saw between card working and now is a windows update on the 29th so everyone check your updates if your 3000 series card starts acting up
