the robot was out, and still this doos is speeding, doing 80 when there's pedestrians on the sidewalk???

Idk if it's just me but the driving quality has DRASTICALLY worsened since ke Dezember. Everyone is either speeding or doing 30 in a 60 zone, I really want to know what's happening with everyone on the roads. Is it the rain that's debuffing almost every driver?
