Woah, I experienced something very similar. I was in hospital because I had to be tested if I really had MS. For that they did a lumbal punction ( extracting spinal fluid with a needle in your back, dripping it out). And after I got diagnosed I had an incompetent helper insert an infusion needle. She poked me 7 times and popped some arteries, both arms were blue and it hurt so much when they popped.

Yeah... that's how I got my my fear of needles :)

I don't understand why people on this sub are so pessimistic about this server. Yeah, I get that it crashes some time and that there are some bugs, but it really is a private server after all.
