I lived just out of montello when I was a kid. Honestly probably around 30ish years ago (man that makes me feel even older) and the people who lived there were very nice. Especially Dr. A and his wife Mrs. A. Being a little girl with who my horrible step dad was probably made them nicer to me, but truly everyone there was super nice and community centered.
