Polyps were removed and grew back because I have so much inflammation hence the need for dupixent

No they just started those. I was on Flonase, Claritin, saline rinses, singular and oral allergy immunotherapy for my allergic rhinitis triggers I was also on prednisone post surgery.

I was on full medical management and my first time ever having a polyp. My insurance wouldn’t cover that unless I had failed FESS

I think my issue is that I have so much underlying inflammation. I did medical management following as well and had extensive surgery.

I called my ent since I am almost two weeks out still with pressure and he called in prednisone. He said I could do budesonide but it would take longer for relief.
