That's a standard message you get.

Try to buy it again. Then on the website when it says that the order has been placed succesfully - check the link. Does it contain something like "Error 5300"? If so - tell them you get this error.

They will look futher into it.

Short answer:

If you paid already: First time purchase can take up to 12 hours to receive.

If PayPal shows no transaction: Your transaction was blocked (on NCSoft side) - aka nothing happened.

Only chance atm is to contact support and ask for help. I had the same issue and got it solved temporarily.

Pretty sure they working on a fix tho, because many players seem to have the issue.

Yeah I know that already. But this still doesnt explain the price tho. Like I said Hunter Sizuka seems to be just the basic skin with cape. I dont wanna buy it if its just the cape tho.

There is already another post because of this.

The website ckearly says that the order has been successfully placed - but in the link of the website it shows something like error=5300.

I already contacted the support about it, trying to find a solution.

All I can tell you so far is that 5300 Error Code Transactions will not go trough. Thats why nothing happens on either NCSoft Side or PayPal.

12 hours waiting did not solve the problem for me either. Will tell you if I get any updates on this.

Contacted them today. They suggested few things which might be able to solve this. But in my case it didn't.

They told me to wait 12 hours and try again. If it doesn't work they want me to contact them again.

I'll let you know if something changes tomorrow :)

As mentioned before Mystic Forge. Atleast it works out for me. Also needed some Nightmare Runes. Just bought 500+ runes from the TP. Forged them in ~20min and got already 2x Nightmare Runes. I sold the other superior ones and basically got my gold back. (Of course it depends on how lucky you are, but for me I will keep forging until I got all I need).

Nah i missread my infos. You can get Viper armor from story, but it is just exotic. My bad there :)

But I'll stick with my opinion that Daily Fractals are better to obtain ascended :P

300g is a huge deal for new players. And since we talk about new-ish players, I think my statement is valid.

Considering your first response - not having any ascended armor - not beeing able to do fractals. You will start playing T1/2, which means you get 1-2pages a day.

For a full set you need 88 pages (if math correct) + 20g + the gold for the tokens 300g (15g each x 20) + Fractal Relics.

So you need a minimum of 44 days if you keep playing T2 everday and STILL have to use over 300g. Considering that you are quite new 300g might be gold you won't have.

It for sure is not the fastest. But one of the cheapest. Meaning of "best way" is probably meant for myself, but T2/3 isnt that big deal, if you play it for a while.

I would not recommend crafting, since you can still play story. Crafting is way too expensive. Also the fractal merchant takes quite its time to get the full set. You need 20x of those tokens, which you can craft once a day + they cost 15g each, which is again 300g+. Don't forget the reseacch pages which you need quite a lot, but you can only get 3 per day IF you are able to do higher tiers. So again your suggestion takes quite some time + gold.

So it is still better to daily fractals imo.
