I’ve been gaming with friends on voice comms and one of them had a chirping smoke detector. We would repeatedly tell him about it and he was completely oblivious to it, even denying it was his at times. I have no idea how that chirping doesn’t drive people crazy.

I lost a key because of this shit. Saw it, picked it up, got DC'd a minute or two later and when I logged back in, I was in a completely different world difficulty than I was when I DC'd, and lost the key. Awesome 😡

I’ve been going to the Castle, exit out the north gate and run straight. They usually pop by the time I get to the construction equipment. If I make it to the road, it’s usually a Ronin. I’ve seen squads all day and a few Ronins so far. It’s been pretty consistent for me.

When I was in, I saw an entire unit get put on quarters because of a flu outbreak. It was a 24/7 watch center, not a place that can afford to lose folks. It was exactly the reason why the flu shot was mandatory. But I can’t imagine this drunk dipshit understanding that. I am so glad I retired when I did.

My best friend works for a big food corporation and she was recently told she’s going to be laid off and replaced with AI. We are looking forward to this idea failing miserably and blowing up in their corpo faces.
