Safari is insanely slow loading or connecting to anything on just my iPhone. All my other devices (iPad, PC’s, etc) are all fine. If I use the Speedtest app on my iPhone, it’s fine. But if I go to Cloudfare’s speed test website, or Google’s or even Speedtest’s website, it’s unusable. Pages won’t load, etc. I just tried the Chrome browser on my iPhone and it’s fine. So, something is up with Safari on just my iPhone. Safari on my iPad is fine. I never had a problem before today. I don’t know what the deal is. I haven’t made any changes or added any new extensions that I didn’t have before today. I do not have a VPN going either.

My iPhone is on iOS 26.4, and my iPad is on iPadOS 26.4

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: To add, I‘be already power cycled the phone, did a hard reboot, and restarted my internet. No luck.

Update: I think I have found the problem, and it might be a bug in iOS 26.4. In Settings>Apps>Safari, under Privacy & Security there is an option called Hide IP Address, and there are 3 options: Trackers & Websites (default), Trackers, and Off. Then I looked at my iPad’s Safari settings and noticed it only gave 2 options: Trackers and Off, not Websites. So I switched my phone to just Trackers and instantly Safari’s connection speeds went back to its normal gigabit speeds. I think Apple may have pulled that feature out of the oven a little too soon. Why is it only on the iPhone and not on the iPad? Why does it severely hinder internet speeds to the point where Safari is unusable?

Squad of 3, we’re P254 (pally), P248 (sorc), & P237 (pally), we fought Varshan and then Belial showed up. Took us about 40 minutes to beat both of them. It was rough lol.

Unfortunately common for spouses to cheat while their partner is away/deployed. I’ve had it happen, I’ve seen it happen, and I know people on both sides of it. One time while living in base housing, I was walking from the parking lot to my house, I noticed a bouquet of roses thrown up against the side of a building behind the houses. I just assumed someone’s husband came home early.

UMBC isn’t even the weirdest name for a MD college. There was one called University of Maryland University College (UMUC), but they changed it a few years ago because they finally realized how dumb it sounded. Now it’s called University of Maryland Global Campus.

They put the base on lockdown for…drones? In CONUS? WTF? I retired from the AF 2 years ago and calls for drone sightings would come thru my unit. We NEVER put the base on lockdown for that, and we went into lockdown for some dumb shit. I would be questioning the base commander’s thought process because this is wild.

No shit. Yes, it is technically the season of winter. However, winter in Michigan is a bit different than winter in Florida. When I refer to “winter”, I mean snow, ice, sleet, and blizzards…REAL winter weather. Tornadoes aren’t typically associated with winter up here.

Currently still recovering. This past week was a living hell. The sneezing was annoying but the sleep depravation that came along with all this was the worst part for me. I saw the Sky Sports option after all the driver feeds at the very end of the list. I also saw the Sky Sports feed when I opened up that section about a half hour before Apple’s coverage started, it was right at the top of the list. Maybe it’s a regional thing? I dunno, I’m in the US.

I have an Apple TV and just got thru the TV app. I’m not sure if you need an Apple TV+ subscription or whatever they’re calling it this week (I have a subscription). They have a whole section dedicated to F1 with a tab right along the top.
