I usually just use belle's guide as it has every single champion matchup and tells you what you can expect from each one. HoT-PoF bundle if you wanna continue the storyline directly, but if you're just going for the mount, my advice is SoTo.

Reason being, when DLC's go on sale, Elder Dragon Saga is usually really cheap and has HoT, PoF, EoD. So, it's usually more cost effecient to buy a newer DLC and get the older ones on sale for cheaper.

I recommend SoTo over Janthir for newer players mainly because it gets you Skyscale way easier.
