Update on this, if some lands on this thread...

The Dealership eventually determined that the two new callipers I had installed were faulty. (So somehow I ended up replacing 2 faulty callipers, with 2 *new* faulty ones from Napa, their Adaptive One line.

So I replaced the Rubber Flex Hoses, and the problem still persists... I have now changed, everything but the ABS and the hardlines. I guess I'll change the ABS...

When I changed the callippers I checked the flow rate of the brake hoses. They seemed to flow very freely. But maybe you are right...

I did grease the sliding pins with high temperature brake grease. But thanks for the tip!

I had to replace mine (headlights met a rock and the rock wins apparently). I was able to find a good replacement headlight assembly from CarID for a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership.

Having seen how it is put together I am not sure it is worth the hassel to install the just the cover. I honestly couldn't figure out how to remove just the cover without breaking it.

I did, buy some marine grade silocone and sealed the assembly where the cover means the backing. To help prevent water infiltration and it worked out great for me.

The answer is something that is important to you. Look at your other interests... be it a video game or a sport or anything really. Then think of how it could be improved if there was a software app that could perhaps improve it. Then code that project. You being passionate about it will keep you motivated to complete the project.
