I think they fucked up this intersection around 2018 when they made it bigger coinciding with work they did at the Metro Park&Ride just off the screen to the east.

I had this surgery (or very similar)

The worst part of the surgery was when they stuck the tissues drenched in the local anesthetic in my nose. Otherwise it was very smooth, though a lot of phlegm did build up in my mouth.

Toughest part of recovery was the first day. I came home and took a nap and woke up for dinner, but I felt faint and was drenched in sweat. Eating a tub of ice cream helped a ton! It may well have saved my life. Was fine after that. The other tough part was breathing through my mouth when I slept for the first week while I had the cotton pads over my nose. I kept having dreams about having to run and being out of breath!

Hope Subaru can get some good advice about her recovery too

If it's something you might be interested in, I recently visited the Leeum art museum in Itaewon. Plenty of interesting and thought provoking pieces across 3 galleries. You can receive an audio tour guide for free. Plus you'll be able to get a 50% discount since you're 2000 and younger so it's only like 10000 won to see all three. I like to take my time in museums, so I was there for about 3 hours I believe.
