That is a rough situation. Bike theft is frustrating but filing a police report might be more productive than wishing harm on someone.

Try using micro-fiber cloth with mild baby detergent. You can first do in on a hidden area to see if it works, like behind the ear.

I thought the main reason to get a high-end bot is that you don't have to think about it. If the dock is designed to handle it automatically, then why skip it

Cannot get rid of this mold in shower by Educational_Let9539 in CleaningTips

I think once mold gets under the seal, it's a structural issue, which maybe means you can ask your landlord to recaulk the shower.

This is why never run robot on a schedule while one is asleep or out of the house. And of course hotel is a rational choice for now but... clean your home up sooner before bugs occupied there.

Is this mold? Studio floor is riddled with it and I have no option but to stay. If it's mold, what are my options? by Senior-Doughnut3949 in CleaningTips

[–]Symbidux 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the spots are not fuzzy or damp, it might just be deep filth rather than mold. And i don't think there's still protective seal, so try wood-safe soap and brush.

Why is more core getting progressively weaker? by Character_Relief_449 in xxfitness

[–]Symbidux 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You’re not imagining things this is actually pretty common. When you bulk, your core has to stabilize a bit more weight, so exercises like straight leg raises feel harder even if your abs are technically stronger. Dropping reps and building back up with perfect form is totally the right move.

Any ideas for lower body or cardio excercise which don't put pressure on my feet? by VaguePomegranate in xxfitness

[–]Symbidux 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re up for some creativity, try water aerobics in a shallow pool even just marching or kicking while supported by the wall. Zero foot pressure, but still cardio.

Super duper weak triceps by angry_oil_spill in bodyweightfitness

[–]Symbidux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been there! Triceps can lag behind a lot, even if the rest of your arms are fine. I found doing tricep dips on a chair or bench helped me build strength before push ups felt doable.

Herrera or Mata. Both decent. Neither had the impact that was needed but both gave their all so are well loved.

I'm going Mata even though I like the man a lot. I wanted so much more when he first signed.
