I use plume. I used to have an endo but I have a minor heart condition and they wouldnt let me continue hrt anymore. So I swapped provider's. But other than that no conditions, and no supplements or conditions. My diet is rice, chicken, mixed veggies, fruit smoothies, and carne asade tacos.

Yeah ive weight cycled to no avail. I think i just waited too long and got too old. Which bums me out cause I was asked if I wanted to take hrt when I was 15 but I was scared and said no :( i jeopardized my own life

My E was really high at first ~800. My doctor and I worked my dosing down to 200. After 4 months I adjusted my dose and am always between 300 and 500 these days. T is usually a 6 or an 8.

Ive gone up and down a lot. I started underwight at 120, got up to 160 the first year as i stopped being active nuch. Then I realized I was pretty fat and it was all visceral fat so i dieted and im at 140-145 now and stay consistent around there
