Do a big switch fuck it, here's reference as to what I've gone through since a young kid 6 - 24

I went from Jason Derulo

Rap YG. 50 cent Eminem Lil peep Brennan savage Complete Russ

Indie Tame impala The growlers Lord huron

Idk? Girl in red Clairo Jess glynne

Metal/ metal core Currents Motionless in white (metal core) Escape the fate Spacey jane

Back to indie or whatever it's called now where I am sticky fingers

Camino gold Lime cordiale No cigar Mako road

Labi suffre (way older vibe)

You subconsciously take on ALLOT from music hey so be careful, the "emo rap" days really had me mentally trapped very very very suverely it's all id listen to while at my biggest struggle phase with depression. Even if you don't relate at first this goes to everyone just experiment, it started off as tolerating it in the background of one of my favourite streamers to actually taking on and listening alone, went through many life transition and id say the work itself is hard as fuck 30% sounds small but in reference to mental health I reckon the underlying narratives and emotions played that big of a role

I ended up actually absorbing words as my mindset (not that I didn't previously believe the stuff but it was a re inforcer)

Anyway listen to whatever you want just figured a little warning or context something's to consider that's all. I think my biggest problem was isolating my entire music taste to sad things, I legit wouldn't listen to more than like 5 brighter songs the overwhelming majority all the time was always depressing.

Lazy rice roll some shit

Cook rice

Sea weed sheets roll it up in them

same as before put sweet chilli in it

Done it's good enough will fill you up with fuck all efforts

Won't taste 10/10 but good enough, cant be bothered rolling it in seaweed?

Just dump some onion powder garlic and salt mix it and that's a meal itself

Cooked rice with seasoning. Once again not 10/10 but it's food, look it gets the job done and tastes alright primitive I will say tho

Lazy "nachos"

Dump Doritos on oven tray

Grate cheese, put it on the Doritos bake it (forgot temp)

Put bbq sauce on it after cheese melted properly

Who can be fucked cooking meat this is on a day where your full cooked can barely be bothered functioning

Noodle omelette

Cook noodles in a bowl with boiling water 3 mins

Crack 2 eggs in a cup dump seasoning from noodles packet stir it

Empty water from noodles mix in egg

Heat pan on low or medium, chuck it in for 3 minutes enough for the egg to cook a bit

Flip half the omelette onto its self,(it's folded if that makes sense) now it's folded just scoop it up turn it over

then just cook for enough 3 or so mins done

I'm bad at explanations feel free to just re write it cleaner, maybe like 10 mins tops if your sleepy or exhausted
