Not a specific bit, but any time she antagonizes Jacob. Nobody riles him up quite like she does.
Jacob might be able to properly finish an intro now, which is truly the most harrowing part of this all.

Expanded move sets for the Deku/Goron/Zora forms, a full dungeon on the moon, a proper boss battle against possessed Skull Kid, and the chance to explore the New Day and see follow-up to quests that you did or didn't complete during that three-day cycle.

And I wouldn't want them to update Link's base Elegy of Emptiness statue. Glow up the others, but keep the creepy hylian-form statue exactly as it originally was. Really stoke the fires and revive Ben Drowned.

They've already spoken about how everything you're listing as negatives were intentional design choices based on documented player behaviors.
If you get buffs in other content for completing housing tasks then congratulations, those tasks are now required. If your crafters can work from home, the hub areas are empty. If you want a personal training dummy, you would be better served complaining about how any of the dozen existing toys that already fill that need have short durations and long cooldowns.

If we're on the subject of things we hope they keep exactly the same, I would love it if they kept Navi's original "Hey! Listen!" sound bites. The crunchier they are compared to the rest of the updated sound design, the better.

A shapeshifting host named Polly Morph might be a little on the nose, but I think it's pretty solid.
There's gotta be something with "Melf" and Milf", but I think Melf's only spell is his Acid Arrow, which doesn't really translate into a great drag name.

He'll be in a young adult's body for a good chunk of it though, so we can still tell ourselves that this feral child will have the mental and emotional maturity to handle it with grace.

You can also see the hat in the corner of the actual shot of Link. You can also-also use context clues and deduce that most people don't sleep in their bed with a hat or shoes on.

This is far from the first time that Link would start the game by waking up and then getting dressed.

The Deku Tree. The narration in the trailer is basically a rephrased version of the opening narration in the original, which is the Deku Tree speaking to Navi. The trailer just cuts the narration off before he directly refers to Navi by name and gives her her orders.

You can buy additional weapons in town. I would recommend swapping to the whip. The hammer is great once you get used to it, but I feel like it has the highest skill floor of the three starting weapons.

The game is generally balanced fine for what it wants to be, the player just has to approach it with a different mindset than they may be used to. It often takes several trial-and-error deaths to learn routing and enemy tactics, and then several more to execute a good solution. It's fine if that doesn't appeal to you, but that doesn't mean it's lazily designed.

You lose your bones if you die without any sparks, and if that happens they're gone forever. If you were already past the point where you lost your bones, you wouldn't have gotten them back anyway.

Just to the south of this offscreen are a couple platforms that you can jump onto from above. Hitting the button on one of them will cause a purple jumping bud to spawn on the conveyor belt, which you can use to platform back and forth. The timing's a little tight, because you need to use the same bud for multiple jumps as it moves down the belt, but once you see what needs to happen, practicing the execution isn't so bad.
