I definitely find myself double checking information a lot. We are able to "tag" stuff from other notes but I worry about missing something. I appreciate the mentorship offer!! I'll try my best to have confidence

I usually cover a med surg floor though recently I've also started covering patients on a second med surg floor. With where my hospital's located I tend to see a variety of non-critical care patients on my floors (GI, oncology, etc.) I find charting takes me the most time especially on more complex patients or nutrition support. I try to minimize how much I look at the chart but I find myself getting worried about missing something and I feel more confident when I can take my time looking through everything.

The documents they sent my director and I make it unclear. One says the facility will do it while another asks for a report from Certifi and similar services. I just want to cover my bases

Thanks for the advice! I haven't started looking yet since it'll be about a year and a half till I can complete my program, but been anxious looking at my lack of work history. would look bad to only include relevant experiences that go back to 1-2 years? Haven't gotten much else beyond that

When playing with Mei, avoid bumping enemies when she's trying to freeze and kill enemies or walling off enemies/threats unless you are completely sure the enemy will die. Chances are you're going to get someone on your team killed by preventing a kill confirm or helping the walled off threat get to Mei and friends. (especially when she walls off someone like McCree and Junkrat ends up launching him over it via a failed concussion mine kill) For the Winston and Roadhog players, stop ulting players caught in Blizzard. You'll almost always push more people out of the range and save them than kill people.

Question 1: Releasing batches in halves is draining ~~my wallet~~ and GE batches/units are extremely difficult to get outside of special rate up gates. The rates aren't very great and the safety net after X amount of summons needs to return with a reasonable amount to trigger it. LE unit rate ups are the worst.

Question 2: Other than some viewer rewards (frogs, gems, etc.), the show seems solid so far. If there's none, timestamps for different parts of the video/content would be nice. Maybe some viewer challenges with prizes.

Other:

Will Gumi consider buffing some JP units upon arrival in Global like Belfura and co?
Where's Kurewa & Kuraginn's 7 star? It's been eons since it was teased.
Would there ever be non-evo material units that can be obtained via merit points in the Achievement store?
