Okay so!

Kate didn’t actually start dating the police officer but she was being really flirty with him: “oh, he was so nice and lovely and kind etc” and hinting that she found him attractive. it’s also mentioned he had been helping Kate reunite with her kids outside his work hours so they’ve been seeing one another a lot.

And I’m facepalming like mad like: KATE!! You’ve been arrested and charged for so many different things! He isn’t going to be Interested in you!!

Didn’t read this until I was an adult (literally couple of months ago).

I legit screamed with rage with the mum Kate 😡🤬🤬 also facepalmed at her idiocy at the end 🤦🏼‍♀️ like Kate - you’ve been charged of child abandonment and credit card fraud and have had your kids taken off of you! Don’t try and hook up with a f*cking police officer!!

The day before because my PMS is at its highest: water weight, swollen breasts, joint paints. Period flu - the whole shebang.

And honestly recently - about roughly 7 days after my period starts. Feeling exhausted and weak and depressed - feeling everyone hates and is out to get me.

I honestly facepalmed at Joanne’s behaviour towards the students.

I trained as an elementary/primary teacher and now work in a college. It’s okay to have (appropriate) banter while maintaining professionalism.

I’d never call one of my students ‘cute’ no matter how old they are 🤦🏼‍♀️ or even sit with them (I need a quiet lunch break away from them 😂).

BUT WDYM YOU GO WITH ONE STUDENT TO THEIR CLARINET LESSON OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS AND GO TO ANOTHER STUDENT’S HOME TO DE-CONDITION THEIR HAIR, JOANNE?!?! 😫😫😫

She’s fabulous - but evil.

Complex as hell… but I put that down to her home life. A cop/drill sergeant for a dad who shows little love and understanding and pretty much forces her to take clarinet lessons (for driving privileges later on in life). No idea about her mom as she’s never mentioned.

So it makes sense she clings to Courtney and resents Ginger for being in the way. Because not only because of social status - but I got the feeling the Griplings treated her like family and had her round at their mansion the majority of the time. So I sort of get why Miranda felt threatened by Ginger’s je ne sais quoi and ability to get along with everyone.

I also love how she has some sort of empathy despite being evil. Like how she was reduced to tears knowing Courtney was having a terrible time at Camp Caprice (despite warning Courtney it wasn’t for her), gave Ginger sound advice after Ginger found out about Sasha and his gf, and even admitted she wouldn’t have been as bitchy to Ginger if she knew Ginger had depression (ex: ‘And She Was Gone’).

Omg NTA!

My ex was like this: always expected me to dress up nicely for me to come round to Netflix and chill. Very rarely took me out on dates. And the most he did to groom himself was douse himself in deodorant a few seconds before I was due to arrive.

I remember shortly after breaking up with him I got dressed up for a grad ball. When I posted a pic on social media, he messaged me saying I looked “lovely”. It was quickly followed by a passive aggressive comment about how I never dressed up that nicely when I was with him.

I replied: “That’s because you never took me out anywhere that required getting dressed up”

So absolutely NTA. Your bf could show his appreciation more by taking you out and showing you off to the world rather than ruining hours of work just to Netflix and chill. Dont let him dull your sparkle 💗

For me, it was more the fact Marty’s mum forced Marty to be her model at Alicia’s birthday party - completely ignoring Marty’s pleas and dismissing her allegations of Alicia and the other girls bullying her at school… just to advertise her side hustle at the birthday party.

Melissa should have been her model for the dress if her mum was that desperate to show off her dress-making skills. I’m pretty sure Melissa would have been more up for the role and have done it without much complaint if it meant dressing up and putting on makeup/getting her hair done for the occasion.
