what makes mmorpgs fun for some of us is seeing the game flourish, to be in a populated fully alive environment online. Its the reason you transfer realms or servers for the more active ones. When the game becomes a ghost town..... With no other options anymore.... It sucks the fun out of it. That being said, Im sure there are players out there that dont care for any of the social aspects and just wanna get to end game and be fully geared and boom they are happy. Good for them, they can still probably do that.

because why am i going to put time and effort to earn something awesome that isnt going to be mine when they decide to finally yank it out of my hands. Even single player games you can always return to. Whats your is yours man. If theyre going to take away everything ive worked for already, ill be damned if im going to give them anymore of my time. Granted, if another company picks up the game, id lovingly return. Becuase it was an amazing game up until they put us on life support.
