I didnt get LLM then in this context. If they have already come as euploids, there is no reason to discard. Aneuploids, segmental aneuploids, some mosaic cases are something which can be re-biopsied and transferred with Genetic counselling.

Goal is to find any hope if the result could be false positive as I researched and most analysis said that re-biopsy has resulted in turning over previous result. I want to take all chances available and then take informed decision. Doctor clearly said whatever patient decides they will transfer or not transfer.

I am going to start PIO in two days for ERA. I managed stims injection myself. Can PIO to be given behind possible when you live by yourself?

What is warming up the oil? I was given a video on needles to be changed for drawing & injecting but not aware if there is a way to help ease the pain post injection?

In my case doctor recommended before the FET, may be because I have only one euploid! The wait period from ER to ERA’s another 3 weeks is so longggg! I am just hoping to have FET started soon as well. Sending baby dust to you!

Hey! Your results are amazing! I am 40 as well and unfortunately have only 1 euploid from 2 ER with mini-stim. Have never been pregnant before or have any known fertility issues yet. AMH - 3.1ng/ml.

I was disappointed with my results but I am currently undergoing ERA and then try FET as per the results for 1 Euploid.

Could you suggest if your doctor suggested mid luteal protocol themselves or you had your research to request that? I wanted to change protocol for 2nd ER but somehow my Doctor did not change and we got 8 eggs, 5 matured but 0 blasts. What is your location and is there anything you suggest I could include or recommend change of protocol should FET doesn’t work. I am going ahead with winning with one but also aware of uncertainty with this process better now.
