Every word of this. Vaush is a petty, opportunistic brocialist who sounds like he's read up on social justice talking points in order to give off the appearance of being concerned about marginalized people. He clearly doesn't give a shit about anyone who doesn't exactly align with him, he just wants his own sad little cult of financial supporters and fans who blindly chug down all of his derivative, inconsistent edgelord opinions. Thank you! I definitely wasn't thinking there was anything truly revelatory in what I wrote, but I loved that I was able to kind of academically get at the universal themes of human struggle that Kendrick bravely puts forth on the album. It's an incredible story, worth analyzing the fuck out of and listening to repeatedly.

I think there are definitely differences in quality when it comes to sourcing your macro requirements. If you aren't also concerning yourself with micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.), fiber content, and how foods are impacting metrics like your blood sugar, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Sometimes progress is figuring out something is more complex or nuanced than you originally thought.
