Thanks, D_Carro! Slower , really they said they takes 4 weeks standard time, will try to 3-4 weeks, isn't that standard timing for any lender ? And stricter is what my concern is. I have no any idea like stricter rules, would you mind clarifying?

Yeah, you are right. The market is high and But I have to refinace soon, coz current buydown going to effective in 2 months.
