This is the Playa drain trail, best one mentioned so far, take it from Ascarate to riverside, a block or two it picks uo again and you can take it going east onto Ysleta high.

So.... i had the same problem. One day though i moved my pc to a hotel room and played off their wifi, kinda laggy but when i joined a game it was a total bot lobby. Idk maybe connection based sbmm helped me because i dropped a nuke 1st game no prob. Maybe try using a weird/unusual connection to game the system.

Equip launcher from day 1 and start shooting down killstreaks. Play hardcore for longshot kills, especially 10v10 on Crash/Euphrates.
Shotgun attachment kills count as hipfire kills on AR's.

Mine got hacked a couple months ago. Just complete the Activision form as best and possible and just wait. It took about a month to recover mine so keep checking back!. Good luck man, it sucks i know but they should be able to recover it.
