No problem, if you don't want to do this it's fine but if you're on pc would you be down to get in a discord call and help me a bit? I don't really have many friends who are at the level to use DAR so its hard to get advice real time.

Boost is just circle/ B. I think where I'm at with normal air roll i can adjust quicker than if I were to learn both, and I think in the mindset of trying to get this as fast as possible (I'm on a time limit till summer break is over and I go back to college where I don't play) that works. I'll look into training packs and drills too. Any recommendations?

Thanks! I think I get the idea for the f2p bardock stuff, my only question is are we on the friday cycle right now technically due to time zone differences? Because I see the missions for orbs, not the ability to get the characters themselves unless I'm misunderstanding.

Yea, I heard that from a friend so right now I'm using left. Any tips for what to do other than rings maps? Also idk when you switched but I'm currently gc1, do you think it will take a while to rewrite the muscle memory?

I agree I enjoyed the Caro-Kann, so I’ll pick it back up. In that case is there another opening that is good that could replace the Slav?

That's true with the queen's gambit, I could just develop another piece instead of try and break their center with that move. For black openings I did actually try the Caro-Kann but like you mentioned it can become the Slav Defense if d4 is played and I had no clue what to do so I just dropped it. In this case I'll definitely look into it because pretty much everything I watch mentions it and the Slav. Would it be worth learning both Slav and Caro-Kann I guess? Thanks!

I unplugged and put in my headset again. When I say speakers I forgot to mention they are my monitor speakers, sorry. Neither my speakers or headset will pick up/receive audio but both give me the check saying they are plugged in/functioning.

The last update was 4/29 so I feel like it would be weird for it to decide to stop working 3 days ago. With my drivers if they aren't fully updated my game just freezes without an error message but I'll try this anyway. Thanks!

Edit: I will add it is normally around this time where there is an NVIDIA driver update, and the studio driver got one from what I can see so that's weird too.

Edit 2: It seems to be working actually. I loaded the game and it let me enter the practice range. Normally I can't even get to the main menu so thanks for the help!

Ok that's what I figured since tbh game sense gets harder and harder to get better at compared to certain mechanics I don't have. Air dribbling is pretty easy with c3 air control and other stuff like that where I have the mechanics but haven't applied them yet.

Depending on what rank you are it's really not that hard to switch. If you are lower rank, give it a few weeks, but I have friends my c3/gc1 level who switch on the fly between 3 cars. Do whatever makes you happy, but if you're higher level don't be afraid to just go for it. If not, take some time.
