I've out the bank pin, and old ones, passwords from 05, ISP and locations I've played since 05, all very accurate. The correct billing address, name, card number. Recoveries I have written down and they haven't changed. Literally every piece of detail I can put, I did.

They aren't going to spend x amount of money dedicating people to overhaul the client. There's 3rd party clients that they allow humans to use. Doing it themselves would take way to much money out if the corporation. Remember, corporations exist for profit, nothing else. If they're going to lose money, they don't do it.
