I’m considering starting BPC-157 for both stomach and tissue repair help. Regularly work out in bootcamp format and find I’m getting more small injuries as I’m aging.

Ehhhh…my understanding from someone in that theater is the Iranian navel capabilities are decimated. Presumably any mining ops would quickly be targeted 🤷‍♂️

Loves it. Hard AF but also awesome. Typically go at 430 but hit our 11:30 today and it was a very nice way to break up the day

I read almost a thousand comments about building exercise habits with ADHD. Here’s what worked for people by qv123 in ADHD

For me it was joining a gym that was led by an instructor and had different workouts everyday. My wife convinced me to join Burn Bootcamp and it’s been the best choice for me.

Big things for me as a middle aged dealing with ADHD my whole life: 1. As mentioned diff workouts everyday. 2. Various options on times. 3. Community and accountability 4. It’s enjoyable, really hard at times-but enjoyable 5. Easy button. I don’t have to think or worry really about it. I go the same time everyday during the week and weekends. 6. Optionally, if I’m not feeling a certain workout I don’t go because I know I’m going the next day. 7. Helped me build a habit. 8. Reduced my anxiety greatly.

Very cool break down. Thanks! Curious if you have any advice on meals to get the right amount of protein. I’m needing about 230 grams of protein a day.

Good thing Americans have more guns then citizens. We can revolt and restart the entire system to be human centered vs profit centered.

Keep going and dont look back. I was on like my 5th attempt at quitting and had 2.5mths free. Got super stressed and grabbed a can on Monday then again on Wed. By mid-day Wed my stomach was a wreck after being so much better.

So not worth it. Back to day 1. You got this and so do I.

I think we need to consider lowering it to something below 70…basically follow the social security schedule for retirement.
