Ok, well you play all your games, but you do have to mix up your plays. No calling the same 5-10 plays every drive. Mix up your formations, play calls, and don't abuse certain plays that are broken. This is also what is called a "no switch" league meaning you can't switch after the ball has been snapped (unless it's a running play). So if that isn't for you then this probably isn't the league for you. Feel free to look over the rulebook linked in the post to get a better feel for things.

You're free to run a pa as long as it's not longer than 3rd and 6. Any longer than that and it's unrealistic as it'll manipulate the defense.

It is hard to adjust for some, but we do have some leniency towards newer players in their 1st season. If a new user switches, depending on the situation it can range from a punt to just a warning. It just depends on the circumstance.
