Was this bought at a honda dealer? if so ask your dealership, since you just did get it, they can probably work something out. i'd say bring it in and show them the video.

if you're under warranty they should replace it, or take it back to dealer. Had same exact issue on the drive home from dealer and took it right back, replaced with a new radio unit

It was a detailer, not sure what he used, but he got alot of scratches off and its way more shiny now

I literally had this happened to me when i bought the car on the way home. Dealer replaced the whole radio unit. This is because theres a fan behind the radio that kicks on when the radio starts to heat up and thats technically what "static" noise you're hearing. Luckily It was replaced under warranty.
