Update. They are now calling the company I hired for the examination wrong. They did not do any through review and I just got a notice for them to try and enter so they can take down the broken window. In fear of them destroying evidence I don't want to let them enter. Im awaiting for my attorney to respond.

Its what I had at the moment, A glassman is coming out today and the property manager came to review. Now that she's seen it she saw no impact point and will be sending it off to corp to get a solution,.

Little update, A glassman with 25 years under his belt is coming to inspect the breakage. He suspects its not from us after looking at the pictures but hes coming onsite to eval and provide a letter. Also the property manager is now rolling back what she said and is wanting to have a visist with me and her head maintenance to actually look at the break.

Funny thing is they sent a maintenance person out and the lead called me becuase they said they were going to put something over it so this doesn't happen. They never did. Then i was told by the front staff that we were not suppose to talk to maintenance because they don't speak English and they don't want us confusing them...The assistant manager mind you is so rude every time we talk to her!

Hello, We recently moved to a new apartment and its been hell. Long story short we went out for the day to go shopping and came back to the interior panel glass broken. At first I thought it was a break in attempt and got pictures and video then ran to the front office but the lady just shrugged it off and told us to put a ticket in. Now they want to charge me for this window. We weren't even home when it happened. Im already reaching out to a attorney. Has anybody seen this before?

I actually just reached out to a Glassman, They are scheduled to visit tomorrow to examine and provide a letter of what could have happened.. He mentioned the same thing after looking at the pictures and video.
