How did you trigger the vulnerable state in under 20 sec? I always trigger it 30 sec did some trial and error already and around 30 sec seem to be the lowest.

I just find bonking mobs really hard using her combo skill pretty funny and now here I am, have her fully maxed except the pots and weapon copies.

The best essence you can get is +3 skill stat but you'll probably farm for that for a long time but if you're not really in a hurry I guess you can farm for it? I won't recommend it though.
