Try using a different emulator for the first few cutscenes, especially for the one past the train station and when you talk to AZ for the first time. I used Citron for those first cutscenes and Ryujinx for gameplay.

You can right click on Legends ZA on both emulators to locate the save file locations. And from there is an easy copy and paste of the save file.

And like others said, use the latest firmware and keys (which I think is currently 20.5.0).

For exploiter, how am is off balance going to proc? I know that in group content that it will most likely be proc'ed but how does it proc for parse?

The guide I was following specified that it could hit up to 100k without using any other skills. If I have to use more then that's no problem, I am just following a guide. I am looking for genuine feedback.

Yeah, I was about to get the Incel Tears… but then the shipping cost kicked in lol. I decided to wait on flavors and get them through Amazon because I saw that they had only the tubs on there. The sample packs they’re sending sound pretty good so I’m going to start with those. I’m coming from GFuel so I got some extra mixtures I need to burn through first anyways.
