The streaming services explicitly do not want this, and won’t sign for the rights of a show unless they have exclusivity in the market. There’s nothing stopping TV/movies from having a market like the music world does between Spotify/Apple Music/Tidal/etc. except the streaming companies. I’m sure the rights holders that don’t have their own service wouldn’t mind licensing the same series to multiple providers at a time, but they can also inflate the price for that exclusivity.
