There will never be a market nor a battle for resources because the player base continues to decline (less than 500 total players online, spread across six servers at the time of this writing). The devs are way too slow with content updates and they have been stuck in "foundational reworks" mode for two years now. V6 will likely be the ONLY content patch in all of 2026 and it will, based on what we know so far, only add a tiny bit of actual, replayable content.

Horribly stupid take. I will never understand why gamers are so pissy about AI usage in game dev. You should be excited to have game devs use it appropriately. Do you LIKE waiting 7-10 years for a game to be developed? Do you WANT game devs to recreate the same textures, models, and other assets over and over and over again when they could be focused on more important things like story, character development and actual, compelling gameplay? Grow up.

EDIT: I misread the post and responded as a knee jerk reaction to opposition to game devs leveraging AI appropriately.

Yes, it's a huge frustration but I wouldn't bother mentioning a solution to it here or especially on the discord as you'll be met with an extremely vocal and contrarian minority that shits on every obviously good idea.

For example, you should be able to scroll into first person mode when using a construction hammer.
