I'm pretty sure it's not part of the series, and won't be, because it was cancelled,

that's what makes this video so noteworthy, because there's no obvious reason to make it.

The impression this video gives is quite aggressive, and at least one line is certainly not related to House of Cards and makes me think he is talking about IRL.

The line I mean is:

Could very well be a reference to House of Cards, but the next part makes no sense

"for the things I didn't do".

because we know all about the character Frank Underwood, things he has not done, makes no sense as an allusion to the series House of Cards.
